Holiday cottage of a high standard, built in 2011. The house is well-furnished and located approx. 800 m from the North Sea. The house is located in beautiful surroundings, close to the forest, beach, golf course and fishing lake. The area is very family friendly with access to a communal playground, ball field and petanque court. Decorated with well equipped kitchen with e.g. dishwasher, ceramic cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. The living room has leather furniture and large dining table with plenty of room for everyone. There are flat-screen TVs German channels, PlayStation3, Wii and Apple-TV. For a cool summer or autumn evening with rain and drizzle there is a wood-burning stove. The floors in the living room and kitchen have heated tile floors. The bathroom is tastefully furnished with whirlpool, heated tile floor, cupboards and shower. 3 good bedrooms, all have wooden floors. The mezzanine has an additional flat screen TV connected to cable-TV. Both open and covered terrace where you can cook dinner on the grill and enjoy the sunset on the terrace.
