This office apartment located in a partially industrial area has a great location for those who want to live near salt baths and Kungshamn center. It is within walking distance to several baths, jetties and boathouse areas where you can sunbathe, swim, jump from jetties or fish crabs. Feel free to take a tour around Kungshamn's all jetties and boathouses, maybe some fishing boat has come ashore with today's catch that you can buy and enjoy. On wonderful summer evenings, it is a good idea to sit on the balcony and enjoy the delights of the sea such as pineapple shrimp, crayfish or a stuffed crab. The apartment is also great for those who want to discover the sea on their own, you can bring your own kayak. If you want to take a look under the sea, there are diving opportunities both from land and boat. From Kungshamn you can take a taxi boat and visit the lighthouse square Hållö or to Smögen and continue to experience the archipelago life and archipelago environment on the now world famous pier with bustling folk life, shops, restaurants and a variety of different boats.
