Welcome to spend your holiday at beautiful Simsjön. A nice accommodation close to just everything. The house is located in a quiet cottage area with only 5 min walk to beautiful sandy beach and the lake that both cools and sparkles. There are two bathing jetties, lawn, toilets and changing rooms. To the area there is a kiosk with simple food and ice cream. Mini golf, boules court and even fishing licenses for those who want to do more than just swim. The house is hidden in greenery with neighbors next door. At the back of the plot there is a hut for those who want to climb and play and the garden is beautiful and invites to play. The house is bright with lots of windows and charming. You enter a large hall. Right in front of you is the dining room with large windows and a door out to the terrace. There is a barbecue and nice outdoor furniture. To the right is the bathroom which is white fully tiled bathroom with smaller washing machine, shower and toilet. Opposite is the bedroom that goes bright colors with a double bed 140 cm. Windows out to the back of the garden and also windows out to the large glazed dining room. To the left of the hall is the heart of the house. Large living room with open plan. The kitchen area for itself and a small place to have breakfast. The living room has a comfortable sofa with TV, where you can enjoy the tranquility. With the beams in the ceiling and open in the nock makes it feel spacious. A ladder up and you have a cozy sleeping loft. Perfect for the kids who want to sleep in lofts. Here is a playroom with two mattresses and there is a large inflatable mattress for those who want. There is no railing so you are a little observant. The terrace outside also has a seating area and the whole garden is framed by greenery. A nice accommodation for the smaller family with children who want proximity to swimming and nature experiences. Skövde Golf Course is located next to the area along with beautiful hiking trails. The center has shopping and cafes. Historical elements of Varnhem with Varnhem's monastery, the beautiful Valle area and proximity to Skara summerland. This house is not rent to companies or youth groups. A warm welcome.
