Lovely chain house in the middle of the summer paradise Köpingsvik where you are within walking distance to Köpingsvik's wonderful sandy beach and its wide range of restaurants and entertainment. Please note that the house is not rented out for parties or to youth groups. The house has a large balcony deck on two floors. One with a covered conservatory where you can lean back in the built-in lounge furniture with something good in the glass. If you want to enjoy the sun, you have the large sun deck with outdoor furniture or the garden. The house has a lovely open living room with a luxurious kitchen, lovely dining area and the living area in front of the TV. Here you have plenty of space to hang out and prepare nice meals. You sleep in four bedrooms. One on the entrance floor with a double bed. The remaining three bedrooms are on the upper floor, two smaller ones with a double bed and one with a single bed and a family bunk bed. In this bedroom there is also a sofa bed if someone would rather sleep there. On the lower level there is a toilet with a sink. On the upper floor, a nice bathroom with wc, shower and sink. Laundry room with washing machine available. Take a trip to Borgholm, where you can stroll around and enjoy the atmosphere and the wide range of everything that brightens up the holiday. Also, don't miss visiting Borgholm's Castle Ruins, where you can really feel the wings of history. Concerts are organized here during the summer that you don't want to miss. A large fun playground is easily accessible for the children just 250m away.
