Holiday home located in a holiday home area by Gerå on a lovely private and secluded 2623 m2 large plot. The cottage itself consists of a distribution entrance, bathroom with shower, separate kitchen, living room with good dining area and space for relaxation. There is also a double bedroom, a bunk room and a room with a three-quarter bed. The cottage has a good light and access to a covered terrace from the living room. The house has a new roof in 2020 and appears freshly painted on the outside. Outside you can enjoy the large plot surrounded by trees all around, so you can stay completely undisturbed on the plot. The perfect place to play ball on the large lawn, play in the sandbox or relax on the covered terrace. The plot is located 1500 from the water. There are about 4000 meters to beautiful beach, which is child-friendly and characterized by the still sea. The place generally oozes cottage idyll and invites you to relax. It is just 3 km to Asaa and 7 km to Hou. Not for rent to youth groups.
