Cottage with wilderness bath located between Vile and Sallingsund on a hilly plot with lawn, trees and from parts of the cottage there is a little view of the fjord. Next to the plot there is a footpath to the bathing beach, to which there are approx. 200 m. Ground floor contains renovated toilet, new bathroom with bath with shower and with dark, natural-colored tiles. From the entrance there is direct access to the combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is with new gray furniture and in the living room there is a wood burning stove and exit to the balcony. From the living room there are fjord glimpses. Kitchen and living room are with laminate floors in wood look. From the living room there is access to the 1st floor, which contains two bedrooms. From one bedroom there is access to a smaller balcony. The basement is equipped with activity rooms with i.a. billiards and table tennis, renovated bathroom and available space. On the plot there is a wilderness bath, there is a sandbox for the children and the tall trees can be used for goals if handball or football is to be played in the garden. If you go for a walk along the beach, there are only approx. 1000 m to the Sallingsund bridge and a restaurant. Not for rent to youth groups.
