A spacious and well-planned house located in Sennan outside Oskarström, surrounded by lush forest, generous garden and with an undisturbed, rural and free location. A perfect accommodation for nature lovers and a perfect starting point for excursions to the beautiful surroundings, nature reserves and Hallaland's beautiful coast. Enjoy the tranquility and nature. The house is very well maintained with retro furniture. Everything is in the best condition. From the entrance you have a bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there are several living rooms with seating furniture and a spacious living room with dining area. There is also a modern TV with chromecast. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a single bed. In the generous living room there is a separate sleeping area with a family bed. The plot is large with large lawns that are perfect for family all activities. Everything is private and surrounded by a beautiful forest. A small stream flows out of part of the plot. Part of the plot has a nice panoramic view of the adjacent, rolling arable land. To Oskarström's community it is only a short drive. Here you will find both a shop and a restaurant. In summer there is also a very nice outdoor pool. The Virsehatt Nature Reserve is very close by. A mountain that rises like a dome over the Sennan valley. Here are nice trails and beautiful views. Biskopstorp is one of southern Sweden's largest forest reserves. Accessible hiking trails have been laid out here. Discover the unique environment with mighty rift valley terrain, rippling streams and lakes, old-growth forests and forest-grazing tamboskap. A bit into the area is the beautiful Simlångsdalen which is characterized by the hilly nature with magnificent beech forests and several beautiful lakes. In Brearedssjön and Simlången there is a swimming area with a sandy beach and jetty. Make a visit to Danish Falls with a fall distance of 36m, so bring a backpack and hiking boots. Halmstad, which is a lovely summer town and the sea, is 8 km away. Tylösand's chalk-white beaches and salty baths attract many bathers. Here is a large range of entertainment with i.a. The land of adventure, many restaurants, cafés and a large selection of shops, art and nature. Beautiful Prince Bertil's path winds along the entire coast. For those interested in golf, there are a number of golf courses in the immediate area. The nearest golf course is Holms GK.
