The nice, large sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills up with bathers in the summer. In the southern part of Skrea beach there is a lovely walking area and a nature reserve that offers rock swimming. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses within easy reach. The closest is Falkenbergs Gk. The Ätran flows through Falkenberg, which has nice nature experiences and walking paths. The Ätran has good salmon fishing (fishing license required). Feel free to visit the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with catering and a mustery with outdoor seating. To the north you can quickly reach the nice summer town of Varberg and to the south Halmstad. By car you can also quickly reach Europe's largest shopping center GEKÅS in Ullared.
