Here the whole family will thrive! Here you live in a quiet and child-friendly cottage area with walking distance to salty baths. The house is located on a lovely plot with both lawn for play and games as well as garden part and natural plot. You have a wonderful view of the Hakefjord and the fairway both from the plot and from almost all rooms. Sunny terrace where you can serve a good meal with a drink while admiring the breathtaking views. In the morning you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee on the sheltered patio at the front. Here it is easy to enjoy your holiday! The house is on two levels, where the entrance floor has an open floor plan with modern kitchen with dining area living area with sofa bed and exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with WC and a sunken bath and shower. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds suitable for children.
