A larger and very well-organized, public bathing beach is located in Kyrkhult by Södersjön. For those interested in fishing, this is a small eldorado. In the lakes Slagesnässjön (fishing license) and Södersjön there are fishing opportunities. Nearby is Harasjömåla's nice fishing camp and not least you have Mörrumsån, with its famous salmon fishing and Laxens hus. Other nice excursion destinations in your area are Ebbamåla mill with museum and café. For families with children, a visit to Kreativum outside Karlshamn is a must.
