Do you dream of a holiday close to many of Bohuslän's gems such as Fjällbacka, Hamburgsund, Hunnebostrand, Smögen, Kungshamn or Lysekil. Then you should book this wonderful eco house. It was first built in 1920 as a farmhouse with two wings and has today been converted into a year-round residence where the newly built part of the house is open up to the ridge. A lush and relaxed garden with outdoor furniture and around the house both horses and sheep walk in their pastures and the social rooster Åke (see picture) is happy to come and visit. The house is located on the owner's plot with really large lawns both in front, behind and next to the house. Here you do not need to be crowded or disturbed by each other as the owner himself has his terrace to a different direction. A nice hall welcomes with good space for clothes and shoes. Toilet with shower and washing machine directly to the right and to the left an open and fresh kitchen with windows. The wood-burning stove with its masonry warms well on cold evenings both in the kitchen and out in the living room. A nice dining area on the right and double doors in the middle for access to the ornate garden. To the left two lovely sofas in the living room part for pleasant evenings. There is also a piano and books for those who want to play or read for a while. An older iron bed in the corner as a decoration for your thoughts far back in time. The upper floor has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 * 180cm). A cozy living room with simpler sofa and armchair for the little ones to sit and watch TV in. In the smaller sleeping alcove there are two more single beds (2 * 90). Here it is open down to the living room no door either. There are many activities around the area. Take a shopping day at Torp Köpcentrum or why not explore Stella's Lekland, Moose of Anneröd with its fantastic moose park or a visit to Bohusläns Museum. Lovely Archipelago boats in Uddevalla stop at several places with picturesque places to visit that are well worth a visit. From the cottage you can easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil or why not Liseberg in Gothenburg which is only about 60 minutes from here. Welcome to enjoy in a quiet and harmonious environment!
