In the bathroom there is good closet space, washer and dryer. The living room is furnished with a modern sofa with chaiselounge from which views of the garden can be enjoyed through the large windows that make the house bright. Wood-burning stove and energy efficient heat pump reduces heat costs. The house is located on a secluded plot with a large lawn where children can play safely or play a game of football or where the dog can be closed out. Various smaller games are available. The sun can be enjoyed from morning to evening on one of the 2 terraces, one of which is covered. The many tall trees provide good shelter from the wind year round. There are garden grill and bonfire with utensils for pancakes and popcorn. Good parking on the property for several cars. City bus stop is a few minutes from the house.
