Completely unique and exciting architect-designed 8-sided cottage with large, bright and well-appointed rooms and large windows facing a lovely secluded natural plot with oak, birch and ferns located close to Byrum. The cottage is well furnished ground floor with large bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and sauna, guest toilet and large, well-appointed living room / kitchen with very good dining area, ceiling to kip and wood stove. Exit to southwest facing terrace. There is a large bedroom and a room with two beds. 1st floor has repos and two large bedrooms. The location is undisturbed, on the edge of a quiet forest area with the possibility of i.a. mushroom hunting between deer and pheasants. In addition, there is a sandpit and a carport with shed. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
