A summer idyll where the view down to the lake and the tranquility of the area gives a peaceful feeling. The cottage with an associated guest house is located about 1.5 hours from central Stockholm. The back of the house offers an excellent area for play and running with both a sandpit and a swing set or a cube challenge when you have bathed ready for the day. When you step into the hall you see the lake through the windows on the terrace and to the left is one of the bedrooms and the bathroom. The house has two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with two bunk beds where the lower slap is extra wide, in the other bedroom there is a double bed. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room where there is both a cozy sofa to crawl up in the evenings when you fire in the wood stove and a good dining area. The terrace goes around half the house and some are under a roof with tables and chairs as well as an awning that can be folded out to provide more shade or protection from rain. The adjoining guest house has a double bed, 140 cm wide, and an extra bed. The plot slopes down to the lake and there you will find both the rowing boat and excellent swimming opportunities with a small sandy beach and a jetty. The area offers many beautiful nature experiences and if you are interested in hiking, it is easy to connect to the Sörmlandsleden.
