This cottage built in 2009 appears in light Scandinavian style with modern furnishings is located 400 meters from one of Europe's best sandy beaches - Balka Beach, which is very handicap friendly as it leads a wooden ramp down to the beach from the parking lot at Frederiksvej. On the large terrace you will find the house outdoor spa and outdoor shower. The house has 3 rooms, as well as a loft, one room with one and a half man bed. Large kitchen, with everything you need. Living and dining room with wood burning stove, free internet, air / air (and air conditioning), and large TV. The living room is in kip, which appears bright and inviting. There are two bathrooms one with entrance to the bedroom. There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms, kitchen and utility room. The latter has a washing machine and microwave.
