Summary: The room had a strong sour smell, and when I opened the bathroom door the stench from the drains was overwhelming - it made me want to throw up. I contacted reception, and while the receptionist was friendly, he couldn’t offer a solution since the hotel was fully booked. He tried to fix the problem himself but without success and I don't know if he tried.. Later, I asked another receptionist if anything could be done and was told housekeeping would check the next day. However, nothing was done. When I followed up again, I was given the same response - that housekeeping would look at it - but no one ever came and the issue remained unresolved. The overall condition of the room and the hotel seemed worn down and cheap. The one positive was the bed - it was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the unbearable stench ruined my stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
