We have a fine print for guests' to avoid excess electricity consumption and encourage sustainable energy consumption behavior, the house should be heated with the a/c as the primary source since this is the most energy-efficient way. fireplaces and radiators are secondary, and floor heating is the third option, the sauna should only be heated when intended for use, for convenience and to give our guests the most seamless experience, our rate includes a daily usage of up to 50 kwh which should cover both sauna and reasonable heating, however, we do not tolerate excess and reckless electricity consumption meaning that: leaving the summerhouse without switching off the heating devices, unless otherwise instructed, will also be charged 200 dkk per heating device left on, for complete transparency, the electricity consumption is monitored remotely and guests can view the consumption data upon arrival (white box hanging on the house when entering the premises) and again upon departure - we suggest taking a picture of both instances for your record keeping, please note that use of electricity will incur an additional charge of 3.80 dkk per kwh.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, managed by a private host
