Whilst you can’t see the beach from the house, you’ll enjoy the calm and the rolling sound of the sea. The nearest shops are in the fishing village of Skillinge, 5 km to the grocery shop and the bank, 4 km to the riding school. Three golf clubs and the Ystad tennis stadium with its badminton and volleyball courts are only 25 km away. You’ll be provided with a satellite TV, a stereo with CD player, a washing machine, a tumble drier and water-powered central heating.
