Energy-friendly cottage for 16 people with swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and various activities located on 3,500 m2 large natural plot approx. 1,500 meters from the North Sea and a short distance to Husby Klitplantage. The house's pool area has a 24 m2 swimming pool, large whirlpool, sauna and a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. This fantastic house contains all the luxury and comfort needed to create a wonderful holiday. If you are two families who would like to go on holiday together, the house is very well furnished, as there are two separate sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom. In the large kitchen / living room and in the pool area there is plenty of space for cozy gatherings. The house is furnished with two separate sleeping areas, both with two double bedrooms and a bedroom with four berths and a bathroom with shower. All rooms have wooden floors and cupboards. In the middle of the house there is a large living room in open connection with the kitchen. In the living room there is a centrally located wood stove, dining area and sofa group. The cottage with a thatched roof is insulated according to the latest standards and is heated with geothermal heat, which provides a low energy consumption compared to older pool houses. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. Outside there is lawn with sandpit and several good terraces with good shelter where the sun can be enjoyed. Not for rent to youth groups.
