Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The food was excellent and very affordable compared to other places I visited near Kolkata. Although the hotel is quite far from Kolkata, I would consider visiting again just to enjoy the food at Moti Mahal, the hotel restaurant. The hotel is very new—it was inaugurated only two months ago—so the rooms and linens were exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. The rooms are modern and well equipped with contemporary amenities.

Negative: The electricity frequently goes on and off, and the Wi-Fi speed is not very good. At times, there is no Wi-Fi at all. Therefore, I would not recommend this place for work purposes, only for leisure stays. Another issue was the breakfast menu. Personally, I have difficulty consuming white flour, and all the breads were made from white flour, which is not ideal for health. There were no options like atta bread or brown bread. As a result, I could not enjoy the breakfast as much as I enjoyed the other meals.
