The upper floor is divided into a bedroom area with a double bed of 140 cm and a TV area with a sofa bed and access to a small balcony.
The plot has plenty of space for various activities for both children and adults. Here you will also find a guest house with a sofa bed if someone does not want to sleep inside the house.
You live in a scenic setting with the sea right next door where you can go in just a few minutes for a swim. There is also a summer restaurant, kiosk, football goal, mini golf and boule court, playground, barbecue area and a larger swimming area in an adjacent cottage area.
