The house is located only about 500 meters from the fjord, but there is no direct access to the beach from the property. The house is a low-energy house, i.e well insulated and with a central heating system. In front of the house there is approx. 4000 km2 of land, where there is access to a table and bench set (approx. 400 meters from the house) with a panoramic view of the Limfjord. It is also possible to see both deer and hares etc. in front of the house. The entire house is bright and inviting and is made of the best materials. Ground floor: Open kitchen with adjoining dining room and living room with a sleeping area. The living room offers cozy furniture, free internet, flat-screen TV with both Danish and international channels, including TV2 and ZDF. There is a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is high quality and well equipped with ceramic hobs, American refrigerator, American freezer with 200 liters of freezer space, tap with 100-degree water Cooker, separate oven with grill, extractor hood, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom with shower. There is a central vacuum cleaner in the house. In the house to the right, there is a dryer and washing machine, gas grill, and fish cleaning area. The building to the left of the main entrance is a private house. On the ground floor, there is also a large wooden terrace in front of the living room and kitchen.
