Positive: The communication prior to arrival was fantastic. The hosts were so attentive and offer to make dining reservations, experience reservations etc. The room had everything to ensure one was comfortable. Outside cushions for patio chairs, swimming and washing towels, coffee, sugar, milk, extra blankets, Aircon, body wash, shampoo, hand wash and they supplied a braai tong, plates, cutlery etc so we could enjoy our little Christmas braai. We could buy ice, wood, fire lighters etc from on premises store which was very convenient. We enjoyed a refreshing swim at the pool. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyed by us. A great mix of fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurt and the fry up (eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, tomatoe etc.) Was very tasty. We wished we stayed a day longer, as it was so peaceful. We'll definitely stay again.

Negative: The shower leaked so quite a bit of water on floor afterward we showered. I Forgot to tell hosts, but it dried super quite due to heat.
