Positive: The house itself is very nice, so you would feel well in every single corner, no doubt. For the house itself I would give a 10 and you also won`t have to worry about a parking space but there are also come cons...

Negative: It`s located centrally - which also means you`re right next to the main road on the island, where is more traffic than we would have expected and which you will be aware of also in your sleeping room. And the bathroom is on the ground floor only, so if you don`t sleep in the living room, you`ll have to make your descent also during the night if you want to go to the bathroom. All in all I think it`s a bit overpriced.
