Only 50 metres from Port Fairy's cafes/restaurants and boutique shopping and a 5 minute walk to East Beach. It is ideal for families or couples looking to relax and enjoy all that Port Fairy has to offer.
The house features 2 levels of contemporary living. The ground level consists of 2 bedrooms (queen, queen and built in bunks), bathroom (with under floor heating), powder room, laundry, media room, open plan dining, kitchen and living room leading out to a rear deck with a built in bbq, dining and outdoor lounge areas.
The second level consists of a large master bedroom with adjoining wet room (double shower) and separate powder room. This level has its own mezzanine living area with a sofa bed for extra guests and direct access to a large balcony with views to the iconic Fiddlers Green.
